Who provides the service

© 2026 LipRap. These terms describe use of this independent service and do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

LipRap is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, show, label or platform. The service is for adults only: you must be 18 or older to order. Every rap uses our own original lyrics and original beat; we do not add existing songs or imitate a real artist's voice.

The service

You upload one photo and we render one short video from it using our own scene: one 12-second 720p 9:16 MP4, with sound. The scene and any sound are created for the video. No reference video is uploaded and no existing song is added.

Generation and checkout depend on the live status shown on the site. When something is unavailable, the matching button stays disabled. We may change, pause or remove features.

Your photos

You must have the right to use every photo you submit. The people in it must be you or adults who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children, or material that violates someone's privacy, intellectual property or the law. How photos are processed and how long they are kept is described in the Privacy Policy.

Safety and results

Every photo and every finished video passes an automated moderation check. Requests that do not pass are not generated or delivered.

AI video can differ from your photo in likeness, movement, framing and timing. We do not promise a particular likeness or quality, and we do not promise a completion time. Review every result before you use or share it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Do not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful material, to impersonate someone, or to expose private information. Do not try to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Accounts

No account is required for guest orders. Use an email you control and keep pickup links private. Generation starts automatically after confirmed payment. Optional account sign-in and existing account orders remain separate.

Payment and credits

Videos are bought before generating, in one-off packs: Single Video for $6.99 or 3-Video Pack for $14.99. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Guest generation starts after the payment processor confirms payment.

Confirmed generation failures restore your video opportunity or credits automatically. Each new order gets one retry, including a finished video withheld by safety checks. Photos rejected before generation do not use that retry: you can replace them up to three times. If compliant photos still cannot pass, contact us about that order; prohibited photos are not refundable. Unknown results are held for verification for up to 24 hours, then treated as failed if still unresolved. We do not automatically resubmit or refund cash. If your retry also fails, email us for a refund of that undelivered guest video. Account credits return to your balance instead of a cash refund.

We don't promise a particular likeness. Finished videos are not refunded or remade because they look different, you are dissatisfied, or you change your mind. A completely unused pack is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once any of the pack is used, it is not refundable; the remaining allowance stays available. These rules apply to new orders after this policy update; earlier orders keep the terms shown when purchased. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Ownership

You keep your rights in the photos you submit. Our interface, text and software remain ours. These terms do not transfer ownership of your material to us. By submitting a photo, you authorize us and our service providers to process it to fulfill your request, perform safety checks and deliver your result. You may download and share the result, subject to any rights of others and applicable law. We do not promise that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright protection or that it does not overlap with third-party rights.

Liability

The service is provided as is. AI output varies, and we do not guarantee that a video will match your expectations, an exact likeness, voice or lip timing. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
