Email your order number for duplicate or incorrect charges within 30 days, a failed retry or missing video, a completely unused pack within 7 days, deletion of your files, or help before a bank dispute. Most issues are solved within 5 business days. The first confirmed render failure restores the opportunity automatically; retry from your order page. A finished video that looks different is not a failed render.
